Row is our female founder at the RisingSoul Community. After 25 years of working globally as a natural horse trainer, a lifetime of injuries had lead her to a strong daily yoga practice. In 2017 she decided it was time to hang up her riding boots & head to India to retrain as a yoga coach & begin a yogic lifestyle that reconnected her with compassion to self. It marked the start of the next exciting phase of her life. A new beginning in the Bulgarian home she had bought in her 20's when her love of the Bohemian Balkans began here in Belitsa

Giulio

Giulio is our resident chef.
He is an Italian traveler with a passion for cooking and games.
He is a quiet person, always ready to enjoy the peace that come from a walk in nature, a good read or a moment to dedicate to his art.
He started as a seasonal worker for different travel agencies, alternating between work & solo adventures, but since Covid he’s been focusing mostly on volunteering projects & this allowed his passion for cooking to bloom & flourish. He says....

Anastasia is a psychologist, and artist and yoga coach.
"Hello! I am a psychologist, artist and on RisingSoul Community I welcome you to the gentle vinyasa sessions, breathing and sitting meditations, as well as vocal practices.

I come originally from Moldova and started developing a passion for yoga since the young age. In the last year's I've completed training in Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin, and use those to inspire a gentle flow.
