Description

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness: Rather than focusing only on the physical body, we use a combination of physical posture, breathwork, meditation, and chanting – thereby increasing strength, vitality and mental clarity.

Kundalini Yoga practices as taught by Yogi Bhajan give you the energy and wisdom to heal yourself and discover your ultimate truth – step out of the old You and step into a whole new level of BE-ing.

In a pure and peaceful setting we will practice a combination of asana (postures), kriya (specific sequences for a certain energetic effect), pranayama (breathwork), silent and dynamic meditation, mantra chanting, deep relaxation and contemplation. We will sing, we will dance, we will laugh, we will share and celebrate as a family.

It is of great importance for Will and Robine to honor the original teachings of Yogi Bhajan and share his wisdom in a way that is easily understood and applied in your daily life.

This immersion serves practitioners at all levels of capability and experience – the intensity of the practice is easily adjusted to each individual.
