Kingfisher Ensuite
Our ensuite king size bedroom with fabulous double windows looking over the mountains and church sunrise views in bed are something special. The room has storage for two people and a small wet room with shower, sink and WC. The post-box red antique Pechka wood burner is a rare model and sets this room off with its fabulous oak floor.
Fire Fly Twin
Our twin room room is furnished with a double wardrobe and side draws with ample underbed suitcase storage. The room has its original wooden floor and a bespoke antique Bulgarian Pechka wood burner to keep it cosy. This room has a double aspect with views over the courtyard and yoga barn and the mountain and village in the other direction.
Grasshopper Dorm
Our four bed dorm with mountain village and Church views, each bed has its own independent charging point, light, shelves and curtain with a large storage space under the bed, hanging hooks and storage boxes. The room has its very own antique Bulgarian Pechka wood burner, original wooden floor and a shared clothes rail.
Old Stable Super King & Eco Ensuite
This authentic court yard room has a Super King Size bed and its own independent access and a eco bathroom attached. The room was originally a stable and benefits from thick stone walls that have been sympathetically restored. The room is refreshingly cool in the summers as it is partially built into the mountain. Outside is a wonderful eco ensuite with stone floor, dry compost toilet, solar heated shower and antique Bulgarian bottle windows.

Guest Space
As a Retreat Guest of the Earth & Spirit or Wild Forest Awakening you will become part of the community eating with us and in our experience socializing and partaking in activities with us. Those who have been her on long stays have become part of the family and enjoyed sharing their culture and practices with us. Head over to Community Life to find out more.
As a retreat guest you will be free to share all areas with us. We have a fabulous private courtyard with garden furniture and a spectacular mountain and church views. Along one side runs a traditionally Bulgarian roofed open fronted stone building which we have converted into a summer kitchen and dinning room. This area is perfect for relaxing, socializing, working and eating in during the spring and to autumn seasons when you can watch the stunning sunrise. We often spend our time here or on the yoga barn veranda in the summer. There are several outdoor quite reading and meditation spaces where you can relax and find time to yourself. Whats Included?
Our retreats include two plant based meals a day brunch and dinner, the Chai House is open from 13.30 to 15.30 for those who wish to eat a third meal. All practices on the Earth & Spirit schedule are included. E&S guests can upgrade to the Wild Forest Awakening Retreat for an extra 60 euro a day please see the Retreat Schedule

BalkanNomad Stays
After a busy summer we were delighted that so many location independent workers, freelancers and digital nomads came to visit us for short breaks or longs stays. Our experience this year was that Nomads preferred to stay as retreat guests but needed a seperate space to work. In response we opened the Chai House & Co Working Office just a two min walk from the RisingSoul Retreat.
We have a full schedule with early and late sessions to allow those who have a work schedule to stay with us as a BalkanNomad guest in low seaosn or stay any time at our partner site BalkanNomads Hotel just a 3 min walk away. With ensuite rooms and single occupancy at affordable long term rental rates whats not to love. BalkanNomad guests can attend purchase a yoga pack for one Asana & one Meditation or breathwork class a day. The social aspect was diverse and interesting and the dynamics of living and eating together as part of the community work very well leading to many fabulous times. For digutal nomads on workcation or holiday and light work loads we recommend the Old Stable room which has ana independant entrance and the eco bathroom just next door..
