I’m Mona!
Yoga has been a big part of my journey—first as a personal practice, then as something I felt called to share. I did my first training in 2019 just to deepen my own understanding, and by 2023, after another training, teaching became a natural step. Since then, I’ve been guiding people through movement, breath, and connection.
I love powerful, flowing practices that build strength and flexibility, but I also believe yoga is about listening to your body and honoring what it needs. Whether that’s a dynamic Vinyasa, a deep stretch, or a moment of stillness, I adapt my teaching to meet people where they are.




Beyond yoga, I’m passionate about holistic health, Ayurveda, massage therapy, and supporting women’s well-being—especially in areas like womb health and cycles. Yoga isn’t just about the postures; it’s a way to reconnect, to feel good in your body, and to find balance both on and off the mat.
