Niko’s journey into yoga began with Buddhist philosophy and meditation. Over the years, he gradually integrated pranayama, asana, and yogic philosophy developing a solid practice.
Niko got certified in Bali in 2021 at “elements of power yoga”, which is about empowering oneself at every level.
His classes focus on mindfulness and breath awareness, always weaving in meditation and breathing techniques. Expect a blend of traditional and creative flows— physical intensity and deep relaxation. Advanced poses and inversions are always an option at some point during the practice for the arm balance lovers.
